Lol, i am use to this 1280x1024 now, so once u use it for awhile u get use to it.
I'm using 1280x1024. Everything lower than that is way too low for me. I'd like to be able to use something higher though.
Ya, me2, i'd like to see 2048x1536
I use 1024x768. I used to always use 800x600, but I found this size more comforting. :)
1280x1024, anything else looks crappy (i have an lcd so thats why..).
i use 1600x1200, cause i do alot of work at once, if i do any work at all. besides, the monitor i have has got incredible sharpness, so i could bump it up futher, but the monitor doesn't support it...
how do you switch to 640x480 on win xp?
Mine is 800x600 and 600x480 Duel view (2 monitors)
Anything higher that that won't match the pixel ratio on a 17" monitor.
I think it really depends on the monitor though, but I would love to have a high res 17" LCD 1024x768.
When I do gaming on my TV the PPI sucks so bad I run it on 600x480
i dont think you can...Quote:

1024x768.
I used to use 1280x1024, but i replaced my 17" CRT with a 15" flat panel. Deleting/Moving all those desktop items took awhile...
I have a DELL 17" flatpanel on 1280x1024 (on a differnt comp)Quote:

1024 x 768 Here too :)
In Desplay under the Settings tab click on advanced. I know NVidia lets you select other resolutions in there. Maby other cards would let you toQuote:

Now I'm used to 1024x768 and 800x600 looks too big :p
