turns out it was the power supply

tried to. probably now we will just return the parts to the store so; they can assemble it.

already tried unplugging and plugging in the fan.

My dad is going to take it back to where we bought it, they can put it together.

what happens is I put the computer together but for some reason when I turn it on the fans turn for a second and then they stop and nithing else happens.

I think yuo clear out those addresses you have to goto tools - internet option - general and click clear history. If you want to keep them from coming back you have to change an autocomplete setting
