Radiaction
Electromagnectic Fields contribute to leukemia and various cancer
Certain Types of foods / cooking methods
Bad diets
Some medications/medicines/procedures
my list can continue but this is enough propaganda for now

propaganda, that's all it is.Not real facts with hard evidence. I am talking about evidence in relation to smoking. Smoking certainly may not always cause cancer, but it surely isn't going to prevent you or help you in anyway from preventing it. It's only going to increase your chances. Here's something for your propaganda machine. Cancer can just form for no particular reason whatsoever *screams in excitement*
I didn't intend on rolling this fact out, but since you seem adamant about the stupidity that is smoking, I will enlighten you. I had lung cancer that dispersed into my brain. So I had two cancers for the price of one. What was the cause? Second hand smoke absolutely nothing else. Every doctor and specialist I saw confirmed it. I worked at a restaurant for one summer when I was trying to make tuition. Instead of making money, I lost a lot, and nearly my life. I was very lucky that it was caught early, but still, it was needless surgery and B.S that I didn't need. My lung capacity is only 70% which is still good, but I can't run as much as I used to enjoy. So before you defend something that only causes harm and placates the weak, consider what it DOES do, rather than what it might not do.

I don't smoke anything, but I also don't think it's a big horrible thing. Most people that do smoke know what is being done to their body. I'm fine with people that smoke pot, cigarette smoke pisses me off but I don't hate people because of their habits.

thats harsh canabout the lung cancer, my friends mom recently lost the battle on the third strike of it, but i still remain stuck to the fact that there are so many people out there that smoke hardcore and dont recieve any serious ailments( mainly cancer )
hell with the global warming and the ozone going, it can even be the rays becoming too intense.
lol your the one person i was afraid was going to debate this with me too , after seeing that darkmatter/antimatter thread i think my iq is surpassed by yours

I found the propaganda to be pretty baseless actually. :\ lol I mean, a lot of the stuff you mentioned contains the same carcinogens that a cigarette has. While the other stuff is even less common than cigarette smoke related cancer.

yes but when you are breathing air, that is everywhere. When you are smoking you are smoking your cig for about 5-10 minutes. The pollutents that are in the air from simple car pollution/industrial are still everywhere, like look at toronto or los angeles, bith citys have a crazy amount of smog, this is breathed in 24/7 of someones life.

Ahhh.... the wonders of biased results. By presenting facts out of context it thereby creates the illusion of being correct. Plus, the source gives me absolutely no reason to believe it 100% I need an objective study by a panel, not facts brought out of context
You are getting closer to sway me, but when you show me a link saying smoking doesn't cause lung cancer when it did so to me (my living style is extremely low risk to any disease) I am less inclined to believe it. I am also sure that "MD" in the first smokes himself.
