The price per GB sucks when you're buying a lower capacity SD or whatever but there's not much to do about it when you need a small one .

I try not to spend more than $20 - $30 on any SD/mSD/flash drive/etc. whenever I buy one. I never have the most possible storage for whatever media at the time but it's prevented me from wasting too much money on it over the years.
Edit: They went downhill after they got bought by some Chinese company. I'd rather buy from NE than Amazon in most instances though .

If Linux ran all the windows software I use, I'd switch full time to linux. At least Windows 10 has the linuc subsystem I guess. Forced updates are crap. Even on newer game consoles, its dumb. Remember when you could just put a game in and it loaded, no downloading updates or anything? The fact that so much software updates so frequenctly and software as a service is complete crap. It just makes things worse in the long run.
I'm stuck with slow internet for now... Kinda
Think I would've gone completely bonkers if I stayed on my old slow plan over the last year or so. Lockdowns with crappy internet
Spoiler warning:
So I just purchased a couple of games...
Sea Battle (INTV) CiB
Barnyard Blaster (7800) CiB
...for consoles I don't have... again Guess I'll put them in the same box as my Switch games

so I tried out minecraft(lamecraft homebrew) for psp last night if it wasn't for a few problems it'd be good.
for 1 there shouldn't be zombies/monsters or hunger on peaceful difficulty setting
2 zombies/monsters shouldn't be able to hit you through walls
3 crafting should have been made similar to the real minecraft not a guessing game on what blocks go in what square to make anything
4 there should have been an auto jump feature pressing select to jump sucks
so yeah if it wasn't for those things it'd be comparable to minecraft 3ds.

All the really old stuff is worth something here CiB. There isn't much of it around compared to Europe or the US.
Some people import stuff to resell but it's harder to do that cheaply now for obvious reasons.
Some of the old 2600, C64 etc releases here have Aussie unique packaging.
Do you know the NES game Raid 2020 ?
That was released in the US but the only PAL release is over here by HES (there might be 2 Aussie versions but I've only ever seen the piggyback version).
I've got Pitfall C64 local release cart. It's hard to find here but not ultra rare. It's CiB.
