Iron Maiden - Face In The Sand

I was listening to 'Paschendale' when I clicked on this thread, but that's OK, because I love this song too. I especially love the solo that begins around the 4:22 minute mark, and the post-solo riff. Actually, come to think of it, I love the whole thing...

Taking Back Sunday ~ Cute Without the 'E'

This song's SO emo. It reminds me of this ***** ex-gf i had who used me to get to my best friend and then tried to ruin my b-day, and anyways, when we broke up (THANK GOD!) she acted like things were still OK, and the line in the song "I know you well enough to know you never loved me" reminds me of that.

Mudvayne - Dig [Resident Evil Remix]

My brother downloaded it, and I must say I like it better than the original version. I dunno why, there's just something about the bass that's interesting. And the way the lead singer sings really fast.

    Iron Maiden - The Clairvoyant

Bassline is really something, albeit way too loud in the mix, but hey, this is Maiden . I also like this song's lyrics a lot. The contrast between the guitar tones in the chorus and the verses is great aswell...

This thread has been absolutely raped by the Maiden, I see...

    Darcy Clay - English Rose.

It's live, and the classiest cover ever. I was singing it constantly in maths and english in school today. Oh dear.

Followed by Jesus I Was Evil, as becomes habit for whenever I'm in the mood for Darcy Clay.

    Radiohead - 2+2=5
Great song off the great album HTTT. Has a slightly punky feel to it. Especially love the fast paced latter half.

Mastodon - March Of The Fire Ants...

Brutal hardcore/metalcore, featuring one of the world's best drummers. I'm trying to figure out the first two riffs by ear, but I can't figure out the tuning. I think I have the intervals right, when it's in drop d, but the wrong notes...

Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit

Rifing through old tracks in the hope of finding something new. With the lack of money, comes the lack of music. *Sigh*

System of a Down - Deer Dance

As before, I am rifing through the old tracks lying around the music folder. I like this track quite a bit, it might possibly my favourite System of a Down song.
