Iron Maiden - Children Of The Damned...

From The Number Of The Beast. I really think the intro to this song sounds like Metallica's Fade To Black. It's Maiden, so ofcourse the vocals are awesome, but they especially brilliant in this track. The most impressive, being the chorus, over a riff that I can play. CHILDREN OF THE DAMNED!...

Iron Maiden - The Evil That men Do

Finishing listening to first Maiden album, and I love it. Great vocals, nice pace, climatic moments given reason. Altogether, it's great.

    Rise Above ~ Black Flag

I'm addicted to songs like this right now, because this prick at school wants to "kick my ass." He won't do anything though. He's a wimp and I'm not gonna sweat it

Queens of The Stone Age - No One Knows

The only song of theirs I like. Love the bass and drums. Ever notice that when Dave Grohl is in a band, things gett better?

Mars Volta - Drunkship Of Lanterns

Love the craziness style of this band. No real order, but not true chaos. Excellent.

    Smashing Pumpkins - Ava Adore

Today is the dawn of a new era. The day I learnt my first solo! From this very song. Some people may say it's a very short solo, but it was hard for me so BACK OFF! [/billymadison]. The song on it's own, has such a beautiful chord progression, and the bassline is damn catchy. Some of Corgan's best lyrics aswell...

Yes - Close To The Edge

Sheer musical goodness contained within this piece. Love the organ solo, and though I usually look for songs with lyrics that are coherent, this song cannot be ignored...

Pink Floyd ~ Another Brick In The Wall

I love this song...especially when I hate school . I listen to it on repeat when I'm doing homework too. Sorta makes it all worth while.

The Wall is much better as a whole album, than it is broken up.

    Hamburg Symphony Orchestra - Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture

What a simply breathtaking piece, this, like The Wall is something that is much better from start to finish. Sure everybody knows a few melodies from it, but only in it's entirity can you expereince it properly...

    Muse - Futurism

The bloody Japanese always get ultra suave bonus', and this is no exception. Powerful and great bass line, and the general patented Muse finess.
