I'm bumping this to mention that Steam forces atrocious game updates upon you and Epic does not, the latest Fallout 4 next-gen 'upgrade' broke all the mods worth their salt without warning and without letting you roll back like Epic or opt out altogether which is the best Fallout 4 mod in recent times telling Steam to STFU.
