Which next-gen console are you looking foward to next?

Def a general gaming topic, but I guess I'll weigh in now. ATM, I would say that in terms of both specs and looks, the PS3 is a far better system. In terms of games, PS3 had an advantage in its line-up in terms of sheer quality, but its release is farther out in the future...

I suppose we can't judge the Revolution at this point, given that we know practically nothing about it. If you wanna look at it from that angle, the Revolution is currently last.

As for the other two, the PS3 has this immeasurable halo of power glowing around it, but it looks a bit cold, whereas the 360 has this a "cool" and "powerful" image which I happen to like quite a bit, although I generally dislike MS and the first XBOX... Weird, huh...?

The Revolution has this PS2-ish color scheme, doesn't it...? Weird...

I've only seen what the PS3 looks like... meh, cool, but I'm not amazed. I won't be buying any nextgen console, so I really don't give a damn which is best.

I think that seeing which system will have the best games would be the best bet for judging a console, so I am not quite sure on which one is best, but from what I hear, it will be the PS3.

I'm banking on the PS3 simply because of sheer computing power. The Xbox360 will definitely be a contender with games like Test Drive Unlimited and Project Gotham Racing 3. I don't trust the Revolution enough to say that it can beat either at this current point time. Maybe when I see some sort of showing of what it's capable of or at least the controllers, I'll have something to say about it.
On aesthetics alone, the Revolution wins this hands down. Even with a three button controller that weighs 15kilos, you can't get a better console design then that. Second is the Xbox360. The concave design transfers all the way down to the software. It's supposed to be designed to symbolize inhalation. The PS3 is downright ugly. If you look at either of the other consoles, they ALL have some sort of difference from their company's previous offerings. You can go back to this current generation if you want to. Can you really bring out a single similarity between the N64 and the Gamecube? How about the Playstation and the PS2? This new design is just disappointing. All they did was make a rehash of that ugly ass PS2 design. Yes, I called the PS2 ugly. There are no differences besides the addition of new ports and the removal of others. It's just rounded and smoothed.

It's that convex look. And outward rounding automatically makes anything look heavy. Look at teh Xbox360. It LOOKS lightweight doesn't it? In actuality, it's almost identical in dimensions as the PS2. It is the design that's making it look heavy.
