When I play Paper Mario the screen flickers a bit. Does any one know how to fix this problem

Does that happen in the mushroom town? If so it is normal in the emus. There is no fix last time I checked. Dont worry, the rest of the game runs fine

Try Glide64 + the included wrapper, should work fine.
