I have two interviews on Friday and I need some advice.
I hate interviews, I never understand whats going on, and there bloody boring as hell.
Ive got a job, but im always looking for somthing better, And either of these jobs would be awsome.

Always tell them what they wanna hear , and be convident about yourself , don't lie but you can give a little twist to the truth in a way they wanna hear it.
And good luck

Eh, I'm not good at giving advice, but this website should be helpful to you:

Anyhow, good luck with your interviews and I hope you get one of the jobs.
I hate interviews too, but usually things workout just fine when you go to the interview and you notice that maybe you were a tad too prepared to the interview XD

Thanks alot!
Im mostly fine. Its just when they give you the awkard questions like:
What do you have to offer us? (Myself isnt that enough?)
How whould you handle this situation? (Kick the shit out off the little bastard)
You said on your aplication that worked *Insert job here* Why did you leave? (Oh shi......)
If this threads still alive by Friday ill tell how I got on.
Raaagghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... hh..
-dress well
-don't over dress
-speak properly
-look neat, not sloppy
-smell good
-act/feel confident
Well, given that you just listed those awkward questions, even if you don't know the perfect answer, think of something now. And be at least somewhat confident in what you will say.
come on! i wonder how the hell you'd get hired by anyone giving a response like that! what skills do you bring to the table? what do you REALLY offer? what benefit would the company have by having you on board other than your modest presence?Originally Posted by Xena

and I start thinking of other things to say
Ill try to think of somthing. My current job I got because I knew someone and they hooked me up, Before that I was turned down on 2 interviews, And I think I know why now.
I overdressed
I was doing to much of this, um, er, (Stalling to think of something)
Im just gonna go in there and strut my pumps.
Lol I was joking, I normaly tell them about my skills, and basicly what an amazing person I am.Originally Posted by \/3n0 (v)

Sound as big headed and egotistical as possible. It worked for me. Explain why you are superior to all others. Also, give a firm handshake, speak confidently and make eye contact.
As most clearly stated by others.
"Tell the truth" look neat and presentable, try to speak clearly and in full sentances, Dont mumble.
always ask them questions back to show your intrested.
Keep your posture when talking, keep eye contact and dont play around with things or keep your hands in your pockets..
just a few things i have done wrong in my life.
Trust me, no ones is bigger than mine.Originally Posted by D

Your ability to stay calm in problem situations, problem solving skills, whatever you want.
Bottom line is you gotta be you. Some of the jobs my mom has gotten have been mostly because they liked her, not her qualifications.
If you needed a reason to leave a job in the past, school is a good excuse if the timing fits. Depending on what you are applying for now, you can go on how this aligns with your career goals while that didn't...
lol i knew that! tell'em you have the might to move mountains and make the oceans roar.Originally Posted by Xena
