Default Muslims just can't get a break can they?

    Another Stampede

Remember the one last year during Ramadan in Iraq, when a ton of Muslims started running across a bridge due to someone yelling 'bomber'? Well, after reading the article, stampede's during holy times in Islam are getting sadly common.

But this one happened in Mecca, due to a "traffic jam". Is anyone else kinda amazed at this? I'm a little stunned.

(PS: Non of this post is meant to offend Muslims. I'm just speculating on what the article relates to me.)

Bad planning and bad crowd control, it would seem, are the main causes of such stampedes.

I dont pretend to understand the 'why' of such fervous religious devotion that leads to said crowd problems, but if several hundreds of thousands of people are trying to get to the same place, at the same time, then there is bound to be difficulties and, to my mind, the authorities are largely accountable.

It's Bush's fault your people are pissed at us.

He said on national tv, he was going to launch a "Crusade" Good fucking job Bush... He doesn't even follow the amendments. Seperation between Church and State, Crusades are a realigous thing, especially when you say your going launch one.. He is a dumbass.

I despise it when people have mistaken islam for a violent and hateful relgion, there are extremests of every kind , colour , and relgion . and lots of people get the wrong view on relgions from the media. i would like to make it clear that the name of the relgion it self states 'peace' and that islam is a relgion of tolerance , and patience. though we do have our bad people and terrorists and such. and i personally do not agree with that and find it appauling that people would do such things to other humans, other innocent humans.

Quit throwing the blame on your oblivious governor, more than half of the country voted for him right? Everyone is responsible for this problem. He doesn't know half of the crap that's going on outside of the US, hence why 9/11 was such a big surprise to everyone.

If more people were knowledgeable about the rest of the planet, a governor with plans for a different foreign policy would've been elected. This does not apply solely to Bush, you know.

Lack of worldly education is what makes the problem worse. I have nothing against voting Americans, but please do more research on what your governor is going to do and think it over better for the next elections. Everyone wants to blame Bush... that's just wrong. It's ok to admit that half of the country wasn't thinking right in that voting booth, just be pick up more education for next time.

Don't get me started on the "Weapons of mass destruction"....
Clintons to blame for 911. And you, infact sound like a republican.
Also, you trying to argue my intelligence is the wrong thing to do as a "Moderator" Though nobody seems to care here. Anywho, If you honestly want to call some one out like that, do it in a more fashonable manor. This isn't your debate to get into because you don't sound to open to, "Opinions".

I have the right to say I hate Bush, you infact can't do anything about it, don't even try to make me respect the man that cant talk, yet trys to push our education on us?

Here is a good read if you think so highly of the man: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/156...lance&n=283155
I will gladly leave it at that, even with what you have to say.
    Until next time.

It's funny how the minute you disagree with a certain point, it hurls you to an extreme side of the political spectrum. No, as a matter of fact I am quite against right wing politics, especially the US' current legislature.

Never argued your intelligence, as you put it. Bush was elected by people. The majority of people who voted for him were uneducated, but so are many that voted for Kerry. Throwing the blame at someone else while ignoring one's own shortcomings is something right-wing fascists have done for ages. Blame the Jews, blame the immigrants, blame minorities, but no one ever assumes their own responsibility. Lack of education is the problem, everyone is to take blame, not just an old middle aged man.

You sure do, it's in your Constution and Bill of Rights. If you want to argue that grammar should be the only thing that earns you respect, lets say that you aren't looking too favorable right now.

So what if he a dolt and pushes education on the kids? Isn't that a nice gesture? How quickly we forget the good things a governor does once he fucks up.

I don't think highly of him one bit, but it's just as ridiculous to be so one-sided.

Another reason, They are pissed how we making a Monoply of the world with our fast food and everything else. I don't agree with us doing it, yet Terroists will still kill me. Make sense? No, it doesn't. Pretty screwed up. And do the Jews really deserve what they are getting in Israel? It's a cycle, never ending as I see it. Which is why I choose to be nothing.

It is only able to occur due to American consent.

Vivi: I'm sure respecting Bush is not high on Soeru's list of things for you to do.
