So you have a helmet and face mask, and the starting defensive tackle at my school still got his nose broken (true story, I have no idea how he pulled it off). Same guy also played the last game of the season with 3 broken fingers (got in trouble for it too for not telling the coach until after the game). Football hurts a lot more than rugby. End of story.
