    Ok with a little bit of studying. Mario still does have his Brooklyn accent. Read that Mario history at IGN. They voice actor for mario came in and started talking in a high pitched Brooklyn accent about making the pizza-pies. Hope this helps.

    Nah, B. If they still had the Brooklyn accents, they would sound a bit harder and even more stereotypical.

    And they'd probably break your knees if you um...didn't pay back the gold-coins that you borrowed from them in order to pay off the debts you accrued betting on Yoshi racing. Or something.

    well when you had mario vs. luigi every time luigi hit mario youd hear "heh heh fuck you luigi"
