There was one in development, was under the name crown, unfortionatly that has vanished
The 3DS roms as they are can't be played with anything, no flash kit or emulator
There are no current flash kits that can run 3DS software as Cookie said
I do not know if there ever will be any, even the DS flash kits that can run on 3DS hardware keep getting blocked with every 3DS update, so we may never see the light of day that there is a 3DS flash kit for the 3DS, you are lucky to have a DS flash kit that works on the 3DS
