You're trying to use an emulator that, for all intents and purposes, doesn't actually work. None of the Xbox emulators are good for anything really...maybe one (or two?) can play like 1 retail game but it's probably cross-platform anyway. So use the windows version (or whatever) of the game.

6 titles can get to menus or intro but none are listed as playable
Get a real console and mod it...softmod isn't difficult. An original Xbox not a 360 (because there are other possible issues there due to the fact that you're emulating the original console, it would need to be jtag/rgh anyway).
