oh shit I didn't notice that. yeah won't do that then I'm not waiting 6+ months to get something at a slightly lower price. I seen some corsair vengeance modules on ebay the other day listed as new factory direct then I noticed they were being shipped from china the price was quite low but not worth it to me.

the corsair modules I was looking at on ebay were like 4.99-6.99 per 4gb module I think they were only 1333mhz ones though yeah the cheapest ones were 5.98 but only for the red 133mhz 4gb modules the other colored ones and better speed ones were running close to $10 per 4gb module so not even close to worth it. I did look at the QVL list before I started looking at the Gskill and hyperx memory.

The board should be fine with most kits as long as they're the proper type, I've got a Mushkin kit in mine . It's only the exact kits on the list which were tested however. I doubt that there will be much if any competition on that eBay link I posted earlier.
