(Sorry if this was mentioned before, but I searched and found no threads about it.)
By now we should all know about RIAA and MPAA, and their plans to bring down file-sharing applications. But now I've just heared about a new program that's supposed to "encrypt" your connection, and not show your IP in any way, wether you're uploading or downloading.
Now, I'm not sure about this... I wanted everyone's opinions on this case.
The program is called Earthstation Five (es5). It claims to use special "Stealth & Cloaking Technology to protect Your Privacy". In other words, this thing is exactly like Kazaa or WinMX, but it actually makes you invisible.
Now, at first, this would sound great. But on the other hand, this could also be a trap set up by the RIAA and MPAA.
