    Post Selling a laptop

    i need some help. how much do you think my brothers laptop is worth? hes gonna sell it, and get an uber gaming box. The laptop is an Intel Celeron 950MHz, 128 MB RAM, 10 GB hard disk, TV-Out, CD-ROM and has a floppy disk as well. he doesn't expect much, but it'd be nice to have an estimate to go on. Thanks guys!

    Amount = Original * (10/100)^years_since_bought.

    Thats how much it's "worth" if you were a business.

    So a $1200 computer would be worth $12 after 2 years?

    I actually learned steps in price valueing of used goods in my accounting class, off hand I don't know the equation but I can look it up for you in my book if you want.

    is hd and ram upgradeable? I would ask for 500 and sell for around 430 thats including s/h if your selling online.

    Graphics, and 3D polygons don't make great games, story-lines do!!
