Heehee. This is great. He is aware that by informing the "government" (who is in no stance to do anything. It would be better to inform the IDSA, who usually give an automated reply, or perhaps Nintendo of America), he would be releasing the information that he himself came here looking for ROMs, ISOs and soundtracks, which is against the law (downloading copyrighted files).
