I smoke like a chimeny, and I'm only 20. I figure, the years you're losing from smoking are the diaper years. I'd rather die before I need my son/daughter to clean my pants of crap.

I smoke the occasional joint, but I quit smoking cigarettes a couple of years ago.

Never have and never will. It is simply one of the stupidest things I can imagine doing especially since those I know who do or have say to never start. I also find it interesting that ingrediants need to be put on bottled water but not on cigarrette packages.

I've never smoked and have no intention of ever smoking.

I've tried both cigarettes and green. I don't particularly like either, but I'd rather smoke trees.

I'm the same as andvari...I think both of em suck. Very sick in all and especially bad for me given all of my allergies/asthma problems.

I smoke weed occasionally. It really helps me relax. I'm no pothead though. I do it on occasion and not frequently. I believe the key to any kind of addictive substance is moderation.

That's pretty much what everyone says. Alas, the fact of the matter is that once you start using an addictive substance, even occassionally, it'll eventually become more frequent unless you do something to stop it.

I think I was addicted to Coke for a while. I used to go through like... 5 cans a day, plus a couple of 1-litres.

You know, I've always thought smokers must be masochists or something. I can't get within smelling distance of a cigarette without my nostrils starting to ache... And here people hold these things right up to their faces.

Depends on the person. I think it feels rather good sometimes, and other times it's more just to let me focus on something to concentrate. It's sort of like people with scat fetishes... no one understands them, but they enjoy it. :\ Really, really bad comparison.
