To play Gamecube ISOs you can either use an emulator, one of which is capable of playing several games properly, or you take advantage of the PSO exploit. With any Phantasy Star Online title, a BroadBand Adaptor and a connection with your computer, you can transfer games to the Gamecube, streaming then for play.

The drive access is faster than the limited Ethernet connection, and there are some bugs, but they've mostly been ironed out.
