The worst I've ever had is blisters on my thumbs from playing Street Fighter 2, back in the day...

Oh, and to keep Clive happy, I know one kid who had a fit a few months ago because he played on his GameCube for several days straight. He had to go to see the doctor and they decided he had a mild form of epilepsy. That said, he now has to wear sunglasses whenever he goes outside because bright lights may trigger another fit. I presume he was eplieptic all along but it took several days worth of gaming to kick it off. I feel a bit sorry for him, but that's literally all he ever does. Seriously. He has no hobbies other than playing video games all day long... :\

That happened to me also. That REALLY hurts! The worst part was, I lost I was playing the tug-o-war game on the first Mario Party.

That is called endurance. The Eye Toy is one of the greatest inventions. They are great for parties. I only play with my Eye Toy when I have friends over or I am at a friend's house. My personal favorite game is the ninja one. We like to do head butts and kicks. Great exercise.

Wimps, all of you! 3-4 hours and you can't stand it, or start to feel some effects? Come on, I don't play some games unless I can at least get 3-4 solid hours in. I've probably had some close to 36 hour CoD sessions (breaks for pissing, eating, showering, and any other critical, important and non-time consuming functions), as well as do some serious Morrowind and Deus Ex. As for older games I can't remember. I do remember spending some weekend days as a kid (like 6), waking up early, eating breakfast, hitting the NES until it was time to eat, bathe, and go to bed, but I'd imagine that it wasn't a single game. And no ill effects for me I just play straight through. I might start convulsing if a game sucks horribly though, and I spent a decent chunk of money (BF:V ). And now I know some of you think I might be addicted or something crazy, but that's not true. I also go for weeks or months without video games, because time is precious, and I only play the wothwhile ones to any great extent. If there is ever anything better to do, do it, but if the game is worth it, I put the time in it.
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain
I like watchin the puddles gather rain
And all I can do is just pour some tea for two
and speak my point of view
    But its not sane..
I just want some one to say to me
Ill always be there when you wake
Ya know Id like to keep my cheeks dry today
So stay with me and Ill have it made
And I dont understand why I sleep all day
And I start to complain that theres no rain
And all I can do is read a book to stay awake
And it rips my life away but its a great escape..
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain...

Morrowind makes my mouse hand go numb. Usually around hour 6 of the session. However it doesn't affect performance. And by that I mean, Mastubation.

Well, my butt hurt after a while when I played FF9 last summer, also I got sleeping problems. What happened was, I was really into the game (REALLY) and got all the way through disc 3 and... the game had a press error RIGHT WHERE I WAS. So, I had just wasted 3 days of just playing the game, eating, and using the bathroom, just to find that it was impossible to beat it on my game. My life sucks.

EDIT: So does my typing skills lately.
