On that note, it's pretty nice, but I don't think the text font/colour quite fits in with the rest...

Scanlines don't make a picture look cool.
In this case they make it look crappy by dulling the brightness of the souce material.

In Vivi's defense:
I was at his house when he accidently made this thread. He went into edit for his first post, checked the delete box, and clicked the delete button. Then it gave him something about not being able to delete it for some reason. So yeah, that's said.
