Torrent Problems!!!! help!!!

Hey
Can somebody plz help me.Im a big fan o downloading torrents i download them all the time never had problems with them.All of a suddern when ever i try to download sumtin around 15 minutes into it it will just stop and i gotta resume it myself.This problem is just recent i dont know what caused it.I tried many diff client from bitcomet to azureus same problem.either the download stops or the client frozens i dont know what it is but what i do know is that it is not the client thats the problem and im pretty positve that its not the torrent because i tried the one im talking about plus another same problem with both plus both tested on differnt clients.I have an alcatel speed touch modem 580 series.Im with telstra big pond broadband unlimited downloads with the 512/256 plan.Ive tried everything from unistalling my modem to reinstalling but still the same problem.Some one plz help i love downloading torrents and i dont wnat this to be then end of em .I cant even leave it on overnight anymore cause i gotta keep reusming it my self!!.plz help!!

(ps whats the best settings/ports setting for azurues?
Note that i had any problems with the speed apart from the fact that my downloads keep stopping!!!)

Who is your ISP? Have you updated your PC lately? Have you updated the firmware on your router? Answer those so we have a clearer picture of what's going on.
