That's not the standards you have to be at after you finish basic training. Im not quite sure for females, but I know for me, I have to be able to do 42 push-ups in 2 mins, 53 sit ups in 2 mins, and a 2 mile run in 15:54 mins. Now thats just barely passing. Also, before you can graduate basic training, you have to be able to do a 12 mile ruck march (men and women) with a minimum of 35 pound ruck-sack.
