Yes, Xasamail is in french (by default), and offer 2000Mb email accounts. You can signup anytime, the max filesize you can send with this is 15Mb.

Just though it was way too much anyway, so I didn't test that beast.

Edit->They even have a "Feeds" section, with news from slashdot, BCC, wired, just to give a couple. Great. The speed is a bit slower than Gmail though.
