Favorite Arcade Moment

Lol sounds about right. Everytime i new fighter came i would get my ass handed to me for a while till i got better. Stiffer competition makes you work harder thus increasing your skill. I got a nice 60 win streak on Killer Instict once till my hand got cramped and i gave up. I also remember the first time i was gonna beat my best friend at Street fighter 2 and he knew he was gonna loose and reached over and slapped on my buttons to mess me up and i lost.

when I beat Michael Jackson's Moonwalker, great stuff. When he turned into a jet plane, I just had to laugh.

i don't really have a fav moment. just some mixed memories. i remember the 1st time i played street fighter 2. i used dhalsim (however its spelled) just cuz i saw he was stretchy. and i lost lol i also remember playing the 1st street fighter alpha. awesome game and i owned at it (by that time i was a SF master in my mind). i remember spending alot of money on playing mortal kombat 2 when it was released (and losing alot). oh actually i do have a fav moment. one day i cut class and went to a huge arcade place with a friend. and my jaw totally dropped when i saw sabretooth in the same screen with ryu (xmen vs street fighter). i swear i really coulda spent 50 bucks worth of change playing that game.

When I played Bomb Jack at my friend house. He bought this baby in an antique shop. No need for quarter on a string to play it.

another amazing moment is when i finally unlocked all the cars on rush 2049 nothing like racing ppl in the hot rod with the wheelie bar while they are using the rocket car

It had to be my first game on Daytona USA. Still the best arcade racer ever.

I happy moment i had was when me and a friend beat Guantlet legends. that was awsome wasted alot of money but we did beat it.

Man whatever happened to arcades. I used to buy 100 tokens for 10 bucks back in the day. That was good for nearly a week of school skipping. Talk about loading down your pockets. I had to make sure i was wearing a tight belt or my pants would fall off. Now a days they charge from 1 to 2 dollars a play and most of the games are sit down racers or got some stupid gimmick to them.

yo Drizztd99 thats why god(mame team) gave us mame,I cant afford to go blow money in the arcade like I used to (used to put 20's into changers)and I think that the hardcore arcade gamer had to grow up to and thats why the arcades now are getting in crap, to appeal to another generation of arcade bums

Going to Disney's Quest in Downtown Disney (florida). All the arcade games you want for 40 bucks all day. Fun stuff. finally got to beat that damn Star Wars Trilogy made by Sega. Whoohoo!

Reminds me of playing boxing kangaroo and stuff at the skate rink. Speaking of mame....did they ever get D&D Tower of Doom working? Shadow over mystaria works but i never could tower to work.
