Default Help with PSX Gran Turismo 2 download

Hey, i downloaded GT 2 off bit torrent..and when i extracted it i got two folders, GT2 Arcade and GT2 Simulation. Anyways, I tried to run the files it gave me. They aren't .bin or .iso, they are .mdf and they won't work. I am using ePSXe. What is an .mdf file and what do i do to get it to work?

.mdf needs something called alcohol 120% to burn/mount... but I *think* ePSXe can still read it... Edit: oops maybe not....

Wouldn't Daemon tools work just as well (to mount)? I have FF7 disc one in a .mdf file and i can play it fine...does anyone else have this same download from bit torrent?

Daemon's Tools work. I made the torrent and tested it out by mounting the image with Daemon's Tools first.
