Logitech MualForce 2 I think.
Its almost a mirror image of the PS1's dual shock in appearence, albeit lighter.
For those games that don't need it, I setmy L3 button to game pause, and R3 for Game load (especially on platformer games and R-type, uggg)
I get drift problems sometimes though. must be the way I store it.
Im using a Saitek P2500 Rumble. its alright but it only has 2 shoulders and 6 normal buttons so I have to set two of the 6 buttons to one of the missing shoulders and its a pain to hit when you need to combo
I use the recoil pad that has a button layout just like the PS controller..2 analog sticks, rumble force (although i can't get rumble to work with EpsxE). Got it at Walmart for $15.
holy shit, you actualy got that recoil to work? I bought it and it wouldnt work at all it would cut in and out, so i exchanged it and it and the second didnt work at all. and it wasnt jsut my computer cause i tried other comps before returning this one for thhe refund
Hmm..mine never gave me any problems..the only thing i don't like about it is the flat cord that "recoils" into the controller when you unhook it..but it's a fine PS controller anyways
that flat cord was what the problem was. if i jiggled it it would come back on that was a mistake for them to use that cord though cause since it was so stiff im sure some of the wires broke in it or something
Ya, it looks easily breakable..i only had mine for maybe a month and a half
I had mine for less than an hour and it was messin up
I use the Logitech Rumble Pad 2...Only problem are the 2 analog sticks are in a square shaped plastic area instead of a circle...I haven't tried to get rumble to work on psx but on N64 it works great!
Same here also, got my psx to pc converter from radio shack for almost nothing.Originally Posted by Mephistopheles
I also made one that i prefer, the controls seems to react faster ?) and it also has rumble since i added that 9 volt battery.
I'll try to find the details about that project, relatively small and cool to do. Under 5 buck if you have a dead psx. Need soldering skills, nothing hard.
You'll need windows to play with it, the program used is DirectPad Pro and i think it uses DirectX functions to work.
