Kasabian.
My top five as of March.
There's a lot of bands you listed I like, and just a tad I dislike, but yeah, I'm a really big rock/punk fan. Metal is cool, but.. not that big of a fan.Originally Posted by DeputyDon

Yes, in fact I think I was the one that told you about them. I think they're the band that sound closest to the mid-late 90's In Flames, and of course that's a good thing in my eyes. The song "Rapture", which I thought was going to be a Morbid Angel cover, is my favorite BtE song. Great shit, their clean vocals aren't too bad either, kind of like Into Eternity. I was going to see them with Amorphis and Into Eternity but only had $20 to see Vader and Kreator, and I'm a much bigger fan of Vader.Originally Posted by Master Vivi
Got to see Into Eternity with Krisiun, Hate Eternal, and Incantation 2 weeks ago though, they all ruled.

But I am suprised no one called me "Emo" it seems to be the main "insult" word here in Ohio. Yeah, people are dumb. I find the word Emo to be, well, its not even a word. Since it means "Emotional" and every band writes its lyrics from there emotions... that would make every band emotional. I understand people say it as Oh that band is depressing and they are emo. But emotions dont have to be sad. Ha.. whatever.. thats my view on that abbreviation.
