    Talking SNES translations

Hi guys. Almost all of you might know about this site; there might be only a few that don't... anyway, if you are a fan of the SNES (specially RPG/adventure/strategy games), this is a great translation site (from Japanese to English): http://agtp.romhack.net/

Their last translation is "Hiouden ~ Legend of the Scarlet King", a jap strategy game, wich looks cool. There are lots of translations available (one of my favorites is "Demon Of Laplace", a horror RPG that is still in beta, probably will be finished in December I think). Only translations patches, you still need the japanese roms, of course. A little search in google and you will be able to find the original jap roms (if I could, you can for sure ).

ZSNES can pacth games "on the fly", but if you want to patch the rom before playing, you need a IPS patch utility like IPS XP (http://home.arcor.de/minako.aino/ipsXP/)

You can get other IPS patch utilities from here: http://www.zophar.net/utilities/patchutil.html

    Bye!

Hey, is there a version of the rom that does not have a header? The patch does not work with a rom with a header

You can remove headers easily. You can just use Snestool, or trim off the first 512 bytes with a hex editor.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
