Default GBA emulators to run on DS lite

Now i don't really get this. Are there GBA emulators for DS? I have an R4 and i don't want to buy a slot-2 cart.

If there is, how would you get it onto the DS lite?

there is no such thing, i don't think its really needed since there is a gba slot right on the bottom of the system.

nope no gba emulator for ds, and we will never see one, as either: A all slot 2 devices play gba as well as ds, and B well that sums it up .

honestly for 80 bucks you could grab a g6 lite that fits in your filler and have 512mb of gba games, but if your under 18 with no job and strapped for cash then sadly your out of luck, because a slot 1 device will never play gba games nor will there be an emulator for gba games on the ds. you can be hopefull but im sorry to say that its a true reality

I would love to know how Foxboy. If you happen to find it again by all means post it. It'll save everyone a lot of money instead of having to get a slot-2 card along with their current slot-1 card.

There are no known methods yet, most say it will never be done, personly I never say never, but so far none are known for working on such a method, but lots of threads have been created on a few forums asking about a method ( all these are filled with the answer no you can't boot gba mode software from a slot one card )

I'm sure someone will find some kind of exploit in getting to NDS to boot GBA from slot-1 just like they figured out how to boot NDS from slot-2.

Either that or they could just stick a gba emulator on it.

Easier said than done, considering the fact that there's lots of hiccups even on PSP's best GBA Emulator. But yeah.. the future might change that

The thing about the DS though is that it already has the GBA features built-in to it bios and all so if GBA with a slot-1 device were made possible then I doubt there would be too many if any compatibility issues like the PSP is having.
