I would love to be able to read jap, but alas I cannot. If anyone here can read japanese but can't see the picture I assume its dues to IE (firefox loaded it) even M$ don't deny the shittyness of thier browser anymore.

by the way I use FireFox and only get about a 3rd of the pic loading, this is very odd
