If you ever have a question about a file type, just search it's extention on the site, and it'll tell you what it is and what you need to run it. And in most cases, it'll provide links to anything you might need to utilize the files.

EDIT: If you download the proper codec, you can view the files in Windows Media Player...yeah...

Take your take to read through it at least once. Do what they say you should do and don't do what they say you shouldn't. Note: Their playback-pack works fine with any other encodes done in ogm/mkv format, so don't panick over the fact that your ogm files might not be encodes of this particular group. Also, you're not supposed to access the files/move them around/butt_seks'em until the torrent has finished downloading/seeding.

Edit: Once the torrent has finished you can also run a codec-check on your files by using G-Spot. -> http://www.headbands.com/gspot/GSpot252b01.rar
It'll tell you which video/audio codecs you need in order to run the file properly.
